Solo This package, priced based on the live data on each protected machine, includes 1 daily cloud recovery point (an image containing yesterday’s data) for each protected machine on the appliance.
Complete
This package, priced based on the live data on each protected machine, includes 15 fixed cloud recovery points in a 12-month period (five daily, three weekly, six monthly, and one yearly) for each protected machine on the appliance.
Flex
This package, priced per protected machine (regardless of size) and cloud storage, includes customizable cloud retention points for each protected machine on the appliance and pooled cloud storage.
Local
This package, priced per protected machine (regardless of size), includes unlimited local backups only for each protected machine on the appliance, with no cloud storage.

Comdigits self-managed Flow 247 packages if you’d prefer to manage the platform yourself. These packages include product support only, with no added support or assistance from our NOC.
Service Level
- Help Desk is available for sites that are using Elite Server Care.
- All hours are based on your client’s local time zone.
- After Hours only applies to MSPs who provide daytime support themselves and choose Comdigits to deliver extended support at night, on weekends, and during holidays. After hours coverage is not applicable to full-time workers on second or third shifts
- 24 x 7 Coverage is for single shift workers who need extra support during off hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays. 24 x 7 Coverage is per end client and does not apply to use of a single machine shared by multiple shifts.
